Toby has been part of the special effects make-up team for such films as HOOD RAT, BLOOD BATH, COLD BLOOD, GHOST OF THE NEEDLE and such classics as DEEP STAR SIX and PHANTASM II.

Toby's greatest contribution to the film was the design and creation of the make-up for the ghosts of DARK REMAINS.

Toby’s skills cover the entire range of effects make-up: creature design, animatronic puppets, special prosthetic make-up effects, sculpting, molding, casting and special effects prop design and fabrication.
